5. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be considered a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action or third-party debt collection.

Late Payments & Service Suspension:

Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
If a payment fails or is disputed without cause, we may terminate services immediately and seek recovery of outstanding balances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and marketing materials developed by Beauty-Leads.com, including but not limited to business growth strategies, advertising campaigns, branding assets, and SEO methodologies, are the exclusive property of Beauty-Leads.com or its licensors.

Usage Restrictions: Clients may not reuse, resell, or distribute any of our proprietary marketing strategies or consulting methodologies without explicit written consent.

7. Client Responsibilities

To achieve optimal results, clients must:
Actively engage in the business growth consulting process.
Follow recommended advertising strategies for improved performance.

Ensure timely communication and provide access to necessary advertising accounts.

Beauty-Leads.com is NOT responsible for lost leads, revenue, or business outcomes due to lack of client follow-up, operational inefficiencies, or external market conditions.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during our engagement, including but not limited to marketing strategies, business insights, and customer data.

9. Service Termination & Cancellations

Beauty-Leads.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

Payment obligations are not met.
The client violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
There is evidence of misuse or misrepresentation of our services.

Client Cancellation: Clients must provide written notice as per the contract terms to terminate services. Failure to provide proper notice may result in continued billing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Beauty-Leads.com is not liable for:

Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities related to external factors beyond our control.
Platform restrictions (e.g., Facebook, Google, or Instagram ad policy changes) impacting advertising performance.
Client-side operational failures that prevent successful implementation of our Consulting & Advertising strategies.

Total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client to Beauty-Leads.com in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beauty-Leads.com, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from:
Misuse of our services.
Failure to comply with industry advertising laws.
Client-side mismanagement of leads or business operations.

12. No Guarantees or Warranties

Our Business Growth Consulting & Advertising services are provided based on industry best practices, but we do not guarantee specific financial results or lead conversions.

Client success depends on many factors, including execution of strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement.

13. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

No Unauthorized Chargebacks or Disputes Allowed
By signing up for our services, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute unless there is a clear contractual violation. Unwarranted chargebacks will result in legal action and full recovery of fees.

Billing Concerns: If you have any issues with billing, you must notify us in writing and allow us time to resolve the matter before initiating any dispute.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by UAE law, and disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts unless otherwise specified in your contract.

15. Changes to Terms

However, Beauty-Leads.com is NOT responsible for:
-Service outages, system failures, or cyberattacks affecting third-party platforms.
-Account suspensions, bans, or ad rejections imposed by platforms like Facebook Ads.
-Lost leads, campaign interruptions, or technical issues caused by third-party system failures.
-Data security breaches on third-party systems, including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized access, or API failures.

-Clients acknowledge that they are subject to the terms and policies of third-party platforms. Beauty-Leads.com has no control over third-party platform decisions and cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by external services.
