The Back Story
Before we took over this account, they were a small concierge service operation in Dallas. They were not doing any Marketing and depended only on referrals for Botox and Dermal Fillers. They had amazing customer retention and provided excellent services, they were just not reaching their target customers.
We Pivoted from Medical to Regenerative Medicine
Straight away, we recognised an opportunity to advertise new high-value treatments like Semaglutide and the Thread Lift. We built high-converting funnels and set up her campaigns for her specific audience, making sure we were reaching clients that had the money to spend on the treatments, were ready to book, and would become loyal customers.
Since Natalie had achieved 6 figures per month with Thread Lift and Weight loss her Average cost Per Patient was good. She decided her passion was now to pivot from Medical more to Regenerative Medicine, That Involved alot of Education on the sensitive treatments like P-Shot, O-Shot Bocox . Natalie became an Authority within this space and was perfect to attract new types of clientele with disposal income that she could easily transfer them to her membership program.

The Results
We started working with them in October 2022 when they were making $5,000 per month with Botox appointments. Fast forward to March 2024 and they are generating over $100k worth of Semaglutide, Thread Lift, Bocox, Scrotox, P-Shot, and other high-value appointments. Through our targeted campaigns set up with our signature high-value strategy, they are generating a stable income of 6 figures per month, knowing exactly where their next appointment is going to come from.

What We Did with Xerf
Now that Natalie has high average cost per patient and high Retention return rates that Beauty-Leads Monitors as her CMO. We were in a position to promote a new device. Xerf, having great brand recognition just required the educational piece on the transformation patients could expect. Its important not just to sell the transformation but to set realistic expectations.

14 Xerf appointments generating $29k with No Ad Spend
Rather then going in with a heavy promotion, we decided to spend a month warming up her audience and educating on What Xerf Is, How are the results the Downtime etc. We then ran a specific Credit campaign against members of her loyal client base.
Natalie didn't want to promote one session and since she has a focused work ethic and we provided what the audience is asking for it was easy to decide that 2 treatments at $3250 would provide the best results for her clientele.
